The invitation

Let people feel the place.
Then help them picture the visit.

A lovely room. A swim before breakfast. Somewhere nearby for an unhurried afternoon. Good travel storytelling brings the feeling and the practical pieces together.

An AUsome Life is relaunching with a New England sensibility and a useful family-life point of view. We care about the room layout, the pace of a day, the welcome, and the small details that make a trip easier to plan.

Our invitation is simple: let’s shape an original story around a genuinely good fit.

A collaboration, thoughtfully made

One stay.
More ways to
tell the story.

A proposed creative package for hosted stays and paid travel partnerships. We agree on the scope before anything is booked or produced.

A hosted stay may mean a complimentary or reduced-rate visit. Availability, costs, editorial fit and the final brief are always agreed in advance.

Start with an idea

The editorial feature

A travel story with substance.

An original feature on An AUsome Life, shaped around the experience, the setting and the details readers can use. Where relevant: the room, meals, swimming, local stops and planning notes.

The moving picture

A beautiful, original video story.

A short video built from an agreed creative brief and original footage, with a photo essay where it suits the story. Format, length, captions, filming permissions and delivery timing are settled together.

The supporting materials · optional

A little more to share.

A press-release draft, concise story copy or selected stills can also be scoped for your own channels. We agree on reuse, licensing, credit and approvals together.

We agree on deliverables, publishing channels, timing and usage rights before each collaboration.

New York City
Thanksgiving, 2019

A Thanksgiving question
at the Parker.

Sometimes, the most useful part of a hotel story begins before you arrive.

In November 2019, while planning a Thanksgiving stay at Parker New York, I sent the concierge a question: how would we get from the hotel to Fifth Avenue on parade morning?

Sixth Avenue street closures were the detail to work around. Two places can look wonderfully close on a map, while the route between them still deserves a little planning, especially on a holiday morning in Manhattan.

That is the kind of detail we like to leave in a travel story. The setting matters, and so does the question that makes the day easier to picture. Sometimes a good trip starts with a thoughtful note to the concierge.

The address we knew as Parker New York is now Thompson Central Park New York. For a future Thanksgiving visit, check the current parade route and street closures with the hotel and city.

What to expect from a stay

Thoughtful guests.
A clear creative plan.

A typical hosted-stay collaboration brings the experience, original storytelling and useful planning details together. Here’s how we would shape it with your team.

  1. Before we arrive

We agree on the dates, stay arrangements, a point of contact, the story brief and what your team will receive. Filming spaces, permissions, costs, content rights and timing are settled in advance.

  2. While we’re there

We gather original photos and footage, notice the details a family needs and experience the place at a real-life pace. Identifiable guests and staff appear only with the appropriate permission.

  3. After the stay

We create the agreed editorial feature and short video story, with optional supporting copy or a press-release draft. Factual details are checked, hosted or paid relationships are disclosed, and final delivery follows the agreed schedule.

A note on trust

Honest stories make better partnerships.

Our stories are independent, and hosted or paid relationships are disclosed with the coverage. We treat private moments with care and agree on filming permissions and content rights before creating.
